New councillor aims to make a difference

Jonathan O'Brien was co-opted onto Cork City Corporation two weeks ago. He has taken over the Sinn Féin seat that Don O'Leary won last summer but was forced to resign due to illness. ``It's tragic, after working so hard for the people of the Northside, over the last 20 years, that Don had to resign.
