THE National Ploughing Championships in Kilkenny last week saw Martin Ferris TD release the initial findings of a survey on the future of farming conducted by Sinn Féin during the summer months. An analysis of the complete survey will be published later this year as part of the Oireachtas Agriculture and Fisheries report into the future of farming and fishing in the west of Ireland.
