Trade unionists throughout the 26 Counties will this month be asked to vote on the fifth social partnership agreement. The PPF is described by its supporters as the best deal possible and by its detractors as a failure given the current economic climate. The coming vote is likely to be the closest ever for such a deal. This week, An Phoblacht airs opinions for and against the Programme.
