The Friends of Kilmainham Gaol have produced a history-packed video as part of their campaign against a speculative development opposite Kilmainham Gaol.
The 25-minute video details the history of one of the oldest areas of Dublin - Kilmainham and Inchicore. The area's historic fabric is being threatened by unwarranted, obtrusive and unflattering apartment and office developments.
The Friends of Kilmainham Gaol are raising funds to pay their costs in their forthcoming An Bord Pleanála oral hearing. Copies of the video cabn be purchased by contacting Aengus Ó Snodaigh at (01) 454 1868.
