Enright memorial Black Mountain walk

THREE WEEKS after the murder of community worker Terry Enright hundreds gathered at the foot of the Black Mountains to take part in a memorial walk across the mountains to Colin Glen.

The vast majority of those taking part were the young men and women who had been so shattered after his death on 11 January. But by the end of the hugely enjoyable three hour walk many were drenched from head to toe and the irrepressible laughter of our youth rang through the sun filled glen.

It called to mind the famous quote from Bobby Sands: ``Let our revenge be the laughter of our children.''
