A FUND-RAISING draw for the upkeep of the graves and memorials to fallen Volunteers of the Derry Brigade, Irish Republican Army, has been launched by Sinn Féin Foyle MLA Raymond McCartney and families of IRA Volunteers from the greater Shantallow area.
Offering more than £20,000 in prizes, Raymond McCartney said the much-needed funds will help defray the huge costs to families, friends and comrades in maintaining fitting tributes to the heroes from Derry who made the ultimate sacrifice and laid down their lives to achieve the Irish Republic.
Tickets are priced at £50 and are on sale throughout Derry City.
