Best band at Bodenstown!

The Fergal Caraher Trophy, named in honour of the young man gunned down by British soldiers at Cullyhanna in 1990 was presented by Fergal’s mother Mary to band member Aoife Comiskey

The Burns/Moley Republican Flute Band from Crossmaglen in South Armagh won the Best Band Competition at the annual Wolfe Tone Commemoration in Bodenstown, County Kildare on Sunday last.
