Moyle candidates launched
Sinn Féin has announced its intention to take five seats on Antrim's Moyle Council at the May local government elections.
A recent election convention selected Cara McShane and Cathal Newcombe to run in Ballycastle; and Patrick Kenny, Marie McKeegan and Oliver McMullan to contest the seats available in the Glens. Currently, the party has two seats on Moyle Council.
The party's North Antrim MLA, Philip McGuigan, said that this was "an excellent team, with a good balance of youth, experience and gender to defend the rights of the people of Moyle".
