De Brún opens Armagh Constituency Office

Sinn Féin MEP Bairbre de Brún concluded a long day of engagements in Newry/Armagh last week by opening the new Sinn Féin Constituency Office in Armagh City.

She commended Sinn Féin activists in Armagh City and District on their hard work and dedication to the people of the district. She said: "I am honoured to be here today in Armagh, a place that I always enjoy visiting and in which I am always made welcome. I pay tribute to the local organisation on this achievement and for providing a voice for the people in the city and, indeed, throughout the entire district that this constituency office serves."

The opening of the office ended a busy day for the MEP, who attended a number of meetings to discuss women's issues, health issues, farming issues and Irish language issues. De Brún gave a commitment that Sinn Féin will continue to ensure that the voices of all these groups are heard on the European stage.
