Marathon for children

The IPPCH (Irish Political Prisoners' Children's Holiday) is an organisation that has been sending the children of republican prisoners on holiday to the United States since 1981. This year, as part of a fundraising initiative, a group from the organisation will travel from the United States to take part in the Dublin City Marathon on 25 October next.

A post-Marathon function will take place that night (details to follow later).

We would like to appeal for support for this very worthy cause by asking you as an individual or Sinn Féin cumann to do one of the following:

1) Take part in the Dublin City Marathon. You can walk or run, but you must register in advance.

2) Raise funds through sponsorship. You can obtain sponsorship forms from Coiste na nIarchimí Dublin. Contact Ann O'Sullivan or Catherine at (01) 8782301

3) Come along to the function that night.

For further details please contact Ann or Catherine at the above number.
