In its decision to broadcast Monday's programme naming a number of men suspected of involvement in the Omagh bombing, it can be said that Panorama, and by extension the BBC, is not very far removed from the type of felon-setting which the RUC indulged in during the mid and late 1980s. Free article

So, on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 of October, a line of French police will surround the Basque town of Biarritz in an effort to prevent demonstrators from upsetting the agenda for the meeting of the European head of states.
