Comhbhrón

GEARON. The death has occurred of Clonmel veteran republican Johnnie Gearon on 8 February 2013 aged 78. John’s involvement in republican politics began early in life as a member of Na Fianna Éireann, progressing to the IRA and later Sinn Féin. He was unrepentant in his beliefs all his life. The high esteem in which he was held was evident by the crowds that attended the house and church services. John represented his county several times cycling in the Rás Tailteann, cycling being his passion. He was a great family man and is a huge loss to wife Ali, sons John, Malcolm and Brian, daughter Geraldine, and all his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his friends and comrades in the Republican Movement.

KINSELLA. Fr Murphy/Keegan/ Parle Sinn Féin Cumann, Enniscorthy, County Wexford, extends deepest sympathy to fiancee Gráinne, children Alannah, Corah, Eoghan; parents Billy and Betsy; brothers Billy, Tomás and Kieran; and the wider Kinsella family on the death of Patrick (Pa) Kinsella following a traffic accident. May he rest in peace.

O’LEARY. Deepest sympathy is extended to Séamus O’Leary and family on the death of Breda, a dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Fr Murphy/Keegan/Parle Sinn Féin Cumann, Enniscorthy, County Wexford.
