Fógraí bháis: Kieran Kehoe

The tragic death occurred recently of Kieran Kehoe, Galbally, Co. Wexford, following a car accident at Kyle Cross. Kieran, who was 28years of age, came from a solid and well respected republican family in the county. He was the son of well known pikeman and republican Bob Kehoe.

Described as quiet natured, good humoured and friendly, he enjoyed people's company, made many friends wherever he worked, and was very supportive to those in need. He had a deep religious faith and tended to look on the bright side of life.

Kieran was described as the solid backround type of person who didn't wear his colours on his sleeve. He will be sadly missed.

The Kehoe family would like to thank the huge numbers who travelled great distances to Galbally from every part of the country. A special thanks for their support, their mass cards, wreaths, thoughts and prayers.

Gorey, Wexford and Enniscorthy cumainn of Sinn Féin send their deepest sympathy to Kieran's father and mother, Bob and Beth, sisters Maura and Carmel, and brothers Roibeard and Patrick. Our thoughts are with you all at this difficult time.

Go raibh leaba aige i measc laochra na nGael.
