Francis Sheehy Skeffington’s anti-war lecture tour in the United States is reported. He is under threat of arrest by the British authorities on his return to Ireland and was told by a British agent in New York that if he dropped his anti-recruiting position there would be “no trouble” on his return. 

There is a page-long report of Fianna Éireann activities, including the appointment of Eamonn Martin as Commandant of the Dublin Battallion and Seán Mac Aodha (Seán Heuston) as Vice-Commandant.
