Bobby Sands Mountain Walk

SCORES OF PEOPLE, young and old and numbering more than a hundred, took part in this year's Bobby Sands Mountain Walk.

Organised by the Andersonstown Social Climbers and the Colin Commemoration Committee, the walk covered the Divis and Black Mountains overlooking west Belfast, home to three of the 1981 Hunger-strikers – Bobby Sands MP, Joe McDonnell and Kieran Doherty TD.
