Video: Taoiseach under pressure from Mary Lou McDonald in Dáil about banker bonanza
VINCENT BROWNE said on his TV3 show that Sinn Féin TD and deputy leader Mary Lou McDonald had a "really interesting exchange" in her questioning on Wednesday in the Dáil of Enda Kenny about the Government not challenging the cap-busting pay of Bank of Ireland CEO Richie Boucher.
Richie Boucher's pay package – at the bank bailed out by the taxpayer – is €843,000 a year or €16,000 a week.
Mary Lou said it would take a nurse a year to earn what Richie Boucher gets in a fortnight.
