6 October 1972: Volunteer Daniel McAREAVEY, Belfast Brigade, 2nd Battalion. “Life springs from death and from the graves of patriot men and women spring living nations.”  – Pádraig Mac Piarais. Always remembered by the Republican Movement.
QUIGLEY, Jimmy; McAREAVEY,  Danny; MAGUIRE, Paddy; DONAGHY, John; McKINNEY, Joseph (Belfast Brigade). In proud and loving memory of Volunteers Jimmy Quigley, Danny McAreavey, Paddy Maguire, John Donaghy and Joe McKinney who died on active service in the cause of Ireland’s freedom in 1972. “Show me the man who does love the land where he was born”. Always remembered by Sinn Féin Bún na bhFal and the Falls Commemoration Committee.
