By-election court challenge over George Lee's seat in Dublin South by Sinn Féin?

DUBLIN SOUTH Sinn Féin representative Shaun Tracey has warned the Government that a High Court action similar to yesterday's taken by Sinn Féin Senator Pearse Doherty over the delayed Donegal South-West by-election could be taken over the seat left vacant by Fine Gael's George Lee.

“While Dublin South differs slightly from Donegal South-West in that the seat there has been vacant for over a year now similar action could be taken here if the Government does not allow for the election to take place before next spring."
