Sinn Féin local election candidates in Drogheda, Dom Wilton, Imelda Munster, Matthew Coogan and Tom Cunningham have announced that all their canvassers will be wearing identification tags. The scheme, devised by Matthew Coogan, means that everybody canvassing for Sinn Féin will be readily identifiable and accountable. Every tag has a different number and the first one was presented by Matthew Coogan to party President Gerry Adams on his recent visit to Drogheda.
