EU hopeful weds

New Ross Councillor and prospective Sinn Féin MEP for the East (formerly Leinster) constituency, John Dwyer, had plenty to celebrate last Friday when he married Lorraine Wall in Enniscorthy, County Wexford. John and Lorraine return from their brief honeymoon in Tunisia this weekend, when his attempt to woo the voters for the June election will begin in earnest.
