Other NewsConference to probe British State violenceFamilies affected by British state violence were joined by former Taoiseach Albert Reynolds in Belfast's Europa Hotel on Monday at the press launch of a conference on state sponsored violence spearheaded by the campaign group Relatives for Justice. The conference, titled State Violence — State the Truth, will discuss issues ranging from the British Government's human rights violations to the roles of the Director of Prosecutions and the PSNI's crime review unit. The latter has been funded to the tune of £32 million to investigate what are termed 'Cold Cases'. The conference will take place between 10am and 4pm at the Devenish Complex, Finaghy Road North, Belfast, on Saturday 30 April. Articles may not be reproduced without the consent of An Phoblacht.
