Belfast IRA commemoration

Hundreds of republicans from West Belfast attended the annual D Company commemoration along the Falls Road last Sunday 10 October.

The marchers were led through the area by a republican guard of honour and proceeded to the Garden of Remembrance on the Falls Road, where the commemoration ceremony took place.

Local Sinn Féin Assembly member Fra McCann chaired the proceedings, while Francie Molloy, Mid-Ulster elected representative, delivered the main oration.
