Other NewsCastlerea protest in Scotland
Last Saturday, over 2,000 people marched through Coatbridge town centre in Scotland demanding the release of the Castlerea Four. The march was part of a campaign organised by Cairde na hÉireann to raise awareness in Scotland of the men's plight. At the rally, Rionach Uí Dhaimhin from the Free the Castlerea Four Campaign in Strabane told the crowd the men were being held as political hostages and should be released immediately. Further events in support of the prisoners are planned. For further details contact cairde.scotland@ ireland.com Articles may not be reproduced without the consent of An Phoblacht.
