Israel must lift Gaza blockade - Ó Snodaigh

AT A DEMONSTRATION outside Leinster House on Wednesday last Sinn Féin International Affairs Spokesperson Aengus Ó Snodaigh TD said Israel must immediately lift its blockade  of  Gaza.  Ó Snodaigh has  asked Foreign Affairs Minister Dermot  Ahern to review Ireland’s relations with Israel in view  of  the  country’s  continued  human  rights  abuses  against  the Palestinian people. He has also asked the government to support an end to the EU’s policy of preferential trade and is seeking Dáil time to debate the issue.
