WREATH LAYING CEREMONY: A wreath-laying ceremony in remembrance of IRA Volunteer Joe MacManus from Maugheraboy Sligo who was killed on active service in Fermanagh in February, 1992 will be held on Sunday, 3 February at 12pm in Sligo City Cemetery.
