The Irish Volunteer - Óglach na hÉireann, Volume 2 - Number 48
This is a very significant issue of the paper as it reports the Second Annual Convention of the Irish Volunteers held in the Abbey Theatre on Sunday 31 October 1915.
The names of all the delegates from the 25 Irish counties represented, as well as those from Scotland and England, are listed. Dublin, Cork and Limerick had the largest contingents.
The reports of the Executive officers are summarised.
There is also a short report of the Cumann na mBan Convention held on the same day in Volunteer Headquarters, 2 Dawson Street.
