Video – Israeli blitz on Gaza condemned at Belfast Sinn Féin rally
AS HUNDREDS of people from across Belfast gathered on the site of the old Andersonstown barracks in west Belfast to show support and solidarity for the Palestinian people suffering the latest onslaught by the Zionist regime in Tel Aviv, real anger filled the air.
Many Sinn Féin representatives and the Belfast Friends of Palestine group (who have raised thousands of pounds over the years to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people besieged in Gaza) were joined by scores of others to show their rage at the Israeli war machine.
Among them were John Mallon and Phil McCullough, who were arrested and imprisoned by the Israeli regime as they brought much-needed aid to Gaza as part of the freedom convoys.
