Free Padraic Wilson protest

Hundreds of people, calling for the release of Belfast republican Padraic Wilson, attended a protest outside PSNI Headquarters at Knock in East Belfast on Monday 5 November.

Sinn Féin activists, including a contingent from Dublin, were joined in their protest by community activists from across the city.

Sinn Féin assembly member Gerry Kelly addressed the crowd and described Padraic’s arrest and imprisonment in Maghaberry Prison as, “political policing”.
