Grecian 200 pensioners occupy Health Ministry
The pensioners pushed past police lines
AS IRISH CITIZENS with disabilities started their overnight vigil at the gates of Government Buildings in Dublin on Tuesday to protest against cuts to Personal Assistance and Home Help hours by Fine Gael and Labour, 200 pensioners in Greece stormed the Health Ministry during a rally against health care cuts there.
The pensioners pushed past police lines and peacefully occupied the entrance for almost half an hour before leaving.
There were no arrests reported.
