SINN FÉIN ACTIVISTS have been out overnight and today in Belfast and Cork helping families and businesses hit by the floods.

Belfast City Councillor Alex Maskey has been lobbying NI Water and other authorities about flood-prevention provision over the past weeks.

Sinn Féin councillors and advice centre staff will be seeking answers today about the clean-up and aid to stricken households and businesses.
