World renowned artist Robert Ballagh shows his support for the St Patrick's Day Carnival Committee by signing their petition calling on Belfast City Council to fund a concert at Belfast City Hall on 17 March. Tierna Cunningham of the Carnival Committee had no trouble persuading Ballagh to sign on the dotted line.
