Sinn Féin candidates in Galway West, Daniel Callanan and Séan ac Coistealbha have expressed outrage at the conviction and sentence imposed on their Director of Elections Jim Clarke. Shock at Ardagh Glass decision

The shock announcement of 375 job losses at the Irish Glass Factory in Ringsend is a devastating blow to the workers and the communities of Ringsend and Irishtown, said Daithí Doolan, Sinn Féin candidate for Dublin South East. Remove car insurance from private sector

Muiris Ó˙Súilleabháin, Sinn Féin candidate in South Tipperary, has reiterated his party's call to remove motor insurance from the private sector and a state motor insurance corporation to be established. Dublin shows solidarity

Slogans cried out in anger in outrage and serious purpose last Saturday, as over 1,000 people filled O'Connell Street to marched by the GPO and on to the Israeli Embassy in Ballsbridge. The demonstration was multinational. Many carried their own posters, their own statements, amidst the Palestinian flags and posters identifying Sinn Féin and SWM activists. Free article
