Richard Aro-Lambo, a member of the Nigerian community in Ireland, and Rosanna Flynn from Residents Against Racism, delivered a letter to the Minister for Justice John O'Donoghue on Wednesday, 7 November, asking for an immediate stop to the deportation of Nigerian citizens, and particularly pregnant women, to Nigeria. Waterford Sinn Féin launches Anti-Toll campaign

Sinn Féin representatives from four counties, David Cullinane (Waterford), Kevin Dunphy (Kilkenny) and Councillors John Dwyer (Wexford) and Liam Walsh (Tipperary), joined together last Friday, 2 November to launch an anti toll campaign in Waterford City to oppose any proposed toll charges on the city's planned second river crossing.
