New SF office opened in Carrickmacross

A new Sinn Féin office was opened in Carrickmacross last Saturday. This is the second of three planned offices for the Cavan/Monaghan constituency. The official opening was performed by Sinn Féin's sole TD, Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin. Also in attendance were local Carrickmacross and South Monaghan councillors Matt Carthy and Noel Keelan. Free article

Derry woman accuses RUC

Sinn Féin councillor Peter Anderson has described as sinister an incident in which the RUC dropped three rounds of ammunition in the garden of a Derry woman's home. Janet O'Hara says she is now ``terrified'' and wants the RUC to explain their actions. Free article
