Fusco hearing postponed
Angelo Fusco's High Court challenge to an extradition order to the Six Counties has been put off until June or July.
Judge Finnegan, sitting in the High Court in Dublin on Tuesday, 11 April, was told that legal documents for the case are not ready yet. He listed the case for mention on 30 May with a view to fixing a date for the following law term, which starts on 8 June. Fusco, free on bail, was in court for the brief hearing.
