Donegal by-election: Fianna Fáil runner’s crisis
IF Senator Brian Ó Domhnaill were to win the by-election in Donegal South-West, he will vote for one of the severest budgets that this state has ever faced, The rhetoric espoused by Brian at the convention must be exposed. His assessment that this election is about local politics is absolute nonsense.
This is a national crisis first and foremost, with a Fianna Fáil sticker on it in capital letters.
To makes claims of it being otherwise questions the motives behind making such nonsensical assertions in the first place.
Playing to the audience is one thing, but standing there punching the air and telling the people that Fianna Fáil would protect our sovereignty is another one-liner from the fairy godmother’s joke book
The truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth is not part of how Fianna Fáil represent the people of this country.
Our sovereignty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. That was sold on the back of numerous treaties – with the help of Labour, Fine Gael and the Greens.
Fianna Fáil was the government, is still the government, but with Pearse Doherty’s help won’t be for much longer.
The Vincent Browne and RTÉ Frontline programmes showed who the best candidate is for the times ahead – Pearse Doherty by a long shot.
