Waterboarding torture by Parachute Regt in Ireland – Channel 4 reveals secret evidence

But Channel 4 News reveals Ministry of Defence evidence supporting allegations that waterboarding and electric shock torture were used by the Parachute Regiment against prisoners in Belfast in the 1970s – allegations known to and accepted by the Irish Government as well as the British Government.
