BBC Panorama revelations show collusion by RUC and British Army was systemic, says Gerry Kelly MLA

FOLLOWING this week's BBC Panorama investigation into collusion by the RUC Special Branch and British Military Intelligence with unionist death squads and agents in republican organisations, Sinn Féin MLA Gerry Kelly called today for the process to deliver mechanisms agreed at Stormont House to deal with the legacy of the past to be speeded up. 

Former Police Ombudsman Nuala O’Loan told the BBC probe that some agents recruited by the British Army and the RUC in the UDA, UVF and LVF were “serial killers”.
