Wexford video – Sinn Féin Ard Fheis delegates meet Kilmore Quay fishermen

FINAL preparations are underway for Ard Fheis 2014 in the Wexford Opera House on Friday evening and Saturday.

Sinn Féin Vice-President Mary Lou McDonald TD was in town on Thursday for a civic reception hosted by the Mayor of Wexford Borough Council, George Lawlor.

Mary Lou was joined at the venue by Martin Ferris TD and Sinn Féin EU candidate for South constituency Liadh Ní Riada as well as local Sinn Féin representatives, Councillors Anthony Kelly and Johnny Mythen.

The opportunity of the visit to County Wexford was used to meet with fishermen and their organisations at Kilmore Quay. There the Sinn Féin reps heard of the devastating impact of not only the recent bad weather but of Government and EU policies in regard to their industry.
