Video: Gerry Adams meets family of slain prison officer – to meet again
SINN FÉIN PRESIDENT Gerry Adams TD this evening met the family of Chief Prison Officer Brian Stack at Leinster House.
Brian Stack was the Chief Prison Officer in Portlaoise in the early 1980s. He was shot as he left a boxing tournament at the National Stadium in Dublin on 25 March 1983. He died of his injuries more than a year later.
