Delivering for Falls – ‘Falls Delivery Plan' launch

• Sinn Féin politicians greet Martin McGuinness on arrival at Maureen Sheehan Centre

SINN FÉIN politicians representing the Falls area of west Belfast in both Belfast City Council and the Assembly were joined by deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness and Junior Minister Jennifer McCann to launch the party’s ‘Falls Delivery Plan’.

During the launch of the initiative in the Maureen Sheehan Centre on Tuesday 12 February, Martin McGuinness backed the plan and endorsed the work of the party in an area suffering from endemic poverty and mass unemployment.

“Despite the deprivation, the people of this area are a proud people and a determined people who will build this community and make it a better place to live,” Martin McGuinness told An Phoblacht.
