Burke slams Sunday World

Sinn Féin Councillor Christy Burke has described a story in the Sunday World last weekend that attempted to link republicans in Dublin to notorious criminal Christy Griffin as “unsubstantiated rubbish”
“For more than 20 years myself and Sinn Féin members right across this city have stood with local communities in the fight against drug dealers, and criminals such as Christy Griffin”, Burke said adding that “people in working class areas across Dublin know our record and know the truth”.
