Ógra Shinn Féin Anti-Collusion Day

On Saturday 18 December, Ógra Shinn Féin held an anti-collusion day in Strabane and Omagh. A public screening of a video about collusion in Strabane Sinn Féin office was followed by a rooftop protest in Strabane's town centre. Four Ógra Shinn Féin activists scaled the rooftop of Woolworth's, where they sounded air horns and draped a banner over the edge reading, "Collusion is State Murder". Ógra members at ground level distributed information leaflets on Britain's state policy of collusion.

After the protest it was off to Omagh, where the day ended with a candlelit vigil to remember the victims of collusion.
